Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very pleased with The Secret of Awning's recent installation of my awning and zip tracks! What really impressed me, though, was the prompt response and top-notch after-sales service from May and her team. I highly recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a hollow polycarbonate shelter that was cracked, leaking and had to be replaced quickly. Called up TSofA for a quote. The lao ban niang came down on Sat morning and showed me different alternatives eg. composite panel, solid polycarb etc. She advised that as the supporting structure was still in good condition, i just needed to replace the panels. To choose the colour of the panels, she showed me photos taken of installed products under direct sunlight instead of just relying on the samples. Work started and completed on the next Tuesday. She even added a flashing for a section as I had mentioned to her that previously there were some rain coming through from that section. Detailed and thoughtful service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chanced upon the secret of awning while looking for awning suppliers on Google. after comparing a few quotes, we decided to go with them and we were so glad we did so because our experience with May and team has been absolutely amazing.

Right from the first onsite consult/measurement up till the after sales service, May was always very responsive to our messages. The awning for our patio was nicely done up within 2.5 days, with daily end of day photo updates of the progress. The installation team was also punctual every day.

They even very kindly helped us with the installation of our ceiling fan brackets and additional support structure required for our laundry system even though it was a last min request and not part of their work scope. For this we’re truly thankful 🙏🏻

All in all would strongly recommend The Secret of Awning for their service 👍🏻👍🏻
